In Active Agenda, a documentation status is the level of progress made towards delivering a document to a document recipient. A document recipient is a person assigned to receive a document based on preferred immediacy. Establishing documentation recipients allows you to notify Active Agenda users that certain people will be expecting to receive a document when a record is entered into a documentation module.
