Documentation Statuses


This support article is intended to be a standalone document capable of helping you understand and implement the Documentation Status module. If you need a quick reference for navigating Active Agenda, please refer to the Quick Guide.

The Documentation Statuses module is a central submodule. Central submodules allow you to associate a Documentation Status with affected module records and display all documentation status records in a global, centralized view.

Every module of Active Agenda links to its respective discussion forum. We encourage you to join the conversation.

We are constantly adding and refining our documentation. Please contact us if you would like us to add or improve documentation that is underdeveloped and important to you.


In Active Agenda, a documentation status is the level of progress made towards delivering a document to a document recipient. A document recipient is a person assigned to receive a document based on preferred immediacy. Establishing documentation recipients allows you to notify Active Agenda users that certain people will be expecting to receive a document when a record is entered into a documentation module.
